Centerplate is the exclusive food provider at our facility, and all food and beverages must be prepared and served by Centerplate’s culinary team.

A member of the conference services management team will work with you from the initial planning stages to completion. The service manager answers your questions, proactively makes recommendations and collects information about your event. In short, the Meeting Services Manager is your primary point of contact for all your events and will be a valuable member of your team.

In order to properly plan the event and ensure its success, we must receive your food and beverage orders in writing at least 45 days in advance. We will also notify you no later than seven (7) business days prior to your event. Once the last guarantee has been sent, the guaranteed quantity cannot be reduced. Centerplate will make every effort to cover the increase after receipt of the final deposit up to 24 hours prior to the event, but increases in excess of 5% of the final deposit will be 10% of the retail price of the meal.

Centerplate is preparing for the last guaranteed number of visitors. If dietary requirements are required, please provide the Conference Services Manager with a complete list of allergies or other dietary requirements that will be included in the reservation. If Centerplate should be prepared to extend the warranty if there are additional requests not included in this customer list, the additional food offered will be added to the final price guarantee at the price agreed upon at the selling price.

Meal price is based on 1.5 hours of continuous service, within 1/2 hour after doors open. Any extension of this time may incur an additional charge at current hourly rates.

Food and beverage prices are currently subject to 10% excise tax and 15% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). Please note that wages are subject to HST.
